AVMA awards recognize leaders in all veterinary pursuits

If you know someone who has done amazing things for veterinary medicine, there’s still time to honor them with an AVMA Excellence Award nomination. Nominations are due February 16, 2022, for 2022 awards.

AVMA Excellence Awards recognize those whose contributions have made a difference in the lives of animals and people. And they’re powered by AVMA members, who each year nominate deserving colleagues for recognition in every kind of veterinary pursuit – from clinical practice to academia, research, and advocacy.
 
The variety of awards highlights the breadth of veterinary medicine, the diversity of veterinary careers, and the many ways in which veterinary professionals protect both animal and human health:

Help recognize our profession’s leaders and shine a light on the critically important work that veterinary professionals do in all fields.
