COVID-19 webinar: Learn directly from AVMA experts
COVID-19 is changing the way veterinarians and our teams work and live, and we all have many questions. To help, the AVMA is offering answers and guidance in a new format: a webinar featuring two of the AVMA leaders championing efforts to navigate the coronavirus pandemic.
AVMA Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Gail Golab and Chief Government Relations Officer Dr. Kent McClure will provide the latest guidance on COVID-19, along with information on how veterinary practices and teams are affected by the relief measures coming out of Washington, DC, in a free, on-demand webinar on AVMA Axon®.
Drs. Golab and McClure are among those at the center of AVMA’s COVID-19 work, and they’ll help webinar attendees understand the current situation and where to find answers to specific questions, including:
- Best practices to help veterinarians, team members, and practices protect ourselves, our colleagues, and our clients while delivering needed patient care
- Practical resources to aid in developing social distancing and case management protocols
- Details of legislation already approved in Washington, DC, and what we can expect in future relief measures
Look to this blog and the AVMA’s social media pages for an announcement when the webinar is available for viewing. View AVMA's suite of COVID-19 resources at avma.org/Coronavirus, and subscribe to receive daily email alerts when we publish new blog posts to make sure you stay informed.
