Recycling and resource conservation
The AVMA supports conservation of natural resources by encouraging its offices, employees, councils, committees, members, and others in the sharing and evaluating of practices including, but not limited to:
- Minimizing waste
- Reducing energy and material consumption
- Maximizing use of electronic communication, renewable energy, and recycling
- Reusing and utilizing recycled products
