Awards: Presidential Service Award: Drs. Brian Palmeiro, Allentown, Pennsylvania; Mike Corcoran, Salem, Massachusetts; and Roy P.E. Yanong, Ruskin, Florida. A 2005 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology, Dr. Palmeiro practices at Lehigh Valley Veterinary Dermatology in Allentown. He was honored for his service as the association's website master and conference organizer from 2014-16. A 2008 graduate of the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (reptile and amphibian), Dr. Corcoran is an associate veterinarian at the New England Aquarium. He was recognized for his service as wet lab instructor and conference organizer for 2014, 2015, and 2017. A 1992 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Yanong is a professor and aquaculture extension veterinarian at the University of Florida. He was honored for his service in advancing the fish specialty practice.
