Deadline extended for AVMA Excellence Award nominations

Do you know a colleague or mentor who deserves to be honored for their contributions to veterinary medicine? You have one week left to nominate them for an AVMA Excellence Award. The nominations deadline for this year’s awards has been extended to February 23, 2022.

AVMA Excellence Awards recognize veterinarians and others whose contributions make a difference in the lives of animals and people. The award categories cover the full breadth of veterinary medicine – from clinical practice to academia, research, and advocacy – and show the many ways in which veterinary professionals protect both animal and human health.
