AVMF Education Fund receives $14,710 gift

Waltham USA has made a $14,710 contribution to the AVMF Education Fund in support of AVMF scholarships to the 27 US veterinary colleges accredited by the AVMA. This summer the AVMF plans to release at least $2,000 to the scholarship funds of each AVMA-accredited institution in the United States. "We are grateful to Waltham and the other contributors who support our education efforts," said AVMF chairman, Dr. R. L. Collinson. The AVMF Education Fund supports student financial aid, scholarships, the AVMA/AVMF Congressional Science Fellowship, and other veterinary education activities. | |
