USDA to hold public meeting on veterinary biologics

The USDA-APHIS Center for Veterinary Biologics has announced its 10th annual public meeting to discuss regulatory and policy issues related to the manufacture, distribution, and use of veterinary biological products.

The meeting is open to all interested parties. The agency is holding the meeting in the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center in Ames on April 10-11, from 8 am to 5 pm each day.

Possible topics include labeling, duration of immunity/efficacy, delivery systems, risk assessment, target animal safety, animal care, and international harmonization. APHIS will announce the final agenda in the Federal Register.
