The AVMA encourages ongoing congressional funding and support to develop and maintain monitoring, surveillance, and surge capacity as well as improvements, validation, and standardization of veterinary related diagnostic laboratory methods and capabilities within the Integrated Consortium of Laboratory Networks (ICLN).
