The American College of Poultry Veterinarians (ACPV)—a veterinary specialty organization recognized by the AVMA American Board of Veterinary Specialties—held its annual breakfast meeting on July 31 in Portland, Oregon.

Business

The online platform for administering the examination has continued to be a success for both certification candidates and for those grading the examination. The 2025 ACPV workshop in Calgary, Alberta, was well received by attendees and a proposal for the 2026 workshop titled "Optimizing Poultry Health from the Hatchery to the Field: A Holistic Approach" was approved by the board of governors.
