The Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine has developed a Web page on prevention of medication errors.The page covers topics such as causes and consequences of errors with veterinary medications, the role of the CVM in preventing medication errors, case examples of medication errors, and how consumers can avoid errors with veterinary medications.
