Extralabel drug use guide available

Extralabel drug use information is available through the AVMA in brochure and PowerPoint presentation formats. The brochure originally was included in the Feb 15, 1998 JAVMA, between pages 512 and 513.

Both formats include information on use of approved extralabel drugs in food- and non-food-producing animals, record keeping and label requirements, and drugs prohibited for extralabel use in food animals.
