Basic information
Q: What are the dates and location for the Veterinary Leadership Conference 2025?
A: The Veterinary Leadership Conference 2025 will be held January 9-11 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, located at 301 E. North Water St, Chicago, IL 60611.
Q: Who can attend the VLC?
A: The VLC is open to all veterinary professionals, including veterinary students, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, association executives, and other industry professionals interested in developing their leadership skills for their professional and personal development are encouraged to attend.
Q: Will there be a virtual component of this year's VLC?
A: There will be no virtual streaming of VLC this year. Select sessions will be available to purchase sometime in 2025.
Q: How do I submit for reimbursement?
A: A reimbursement form will be provided after the conference to eligible attendees who indicate they would like reimbursement for eligible expenses during registration, including:
- State VMA/Constituent Allied Organization Representatives
- Delegates and Alternate Delegates
- Veterinary Leaders
- Students selected by SAVMA

A: Registration and event fees are non-refundable.

A: Housing is open.

Q: How do I access the VLC 2024 Continuing Education certificate?
A: Please email vlcavma [dot] org (vlc[at]avma[dot]org) to request a CE certificate for a past Veterinary Leadership Conference.
Q: Do I need to sign up for each session I would like to attend?
A: All VLC CE Sessions and events are available to all full conference registrants on a first-come, first-seated basis. Session and event interests are collected during registration for planning purposes only.

Q: How do I request meeting space for my organization at VLC?
A: Meeting space requests are now closed. Email vlcavma [dot] org (vlc[at]avma[dot]org) if you require meeting space at VLC.
