Submit a poster

Have you been researching animal welfare? Do you have a poster that you are interested in sharing with other AWJAC attendees? Consider displaying your animal welfare research in the AWJAC Poster Gallery at the spring virtual contest.

This is a great opportunity to share your research with others interested in animal welfare in a relaxed setting. All registrants, including students, coaches, veterinarians, etc., are eligible and encouraged to submit a poster. Interested individuals are asked to email your submission in a PDF format with correlating information about the poster to AWJACavma [dot] org (AWJAC[at]avma[dot]org) no later than April 11, 2025. If your poster has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email AWJACavma [dot] org (AWJAC[at]avma[dot]org) (with no poster attachments) to confirm if your submission has been received.

Informational posters from organizations, associations, or educational programs with an interest in animal welfare may also be accepted. For information on if you qualify to submit a poster, please contact Dr. Sharon Kuca at AWJACavma [dot] org (AWJAC[at]avma[dot]org).
