November 22, 2022 - US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs

The ECFVG® certification program must comply with the US government OFAC sanctions programs. Individual candidates, veterinary schools, governments, countries, institutions, and organizations may be impacted by the programs, and it may prohibit or restrict the ECFVG from communicating with them. Therefore, your application and participation with the ECFVG certification program may be delayed or come to a halt. Please take this into consideration before you apply for the ECFVG program. If you are currently in contact with the ECFVG office, please be advised that the process may be significantly delayed or come to a halt depending on the US government OFAC Sanctions Programs.

If you reside in or have recently traveled to any country subject to a travel notice, or if you might have come in contact with anyone with suspected coronavirus infection, or if you have symptoms of respiratory infection within 14 days of your scheduled test date, you are strongly encouraged to contact the testing coordinator in the ecfvgatavma [dot] org (ECFVG office)target="_blank" to reschedule your examination.” You must always follow state and local recommendations or requirements for travel restrictions.
