The AVMA CVTEA is considering changes to three educational standards:

  • Standard 1 – Institutional Accreditation
  • Standard 2 – Finances
  • Standard 3 – Organization and Communications

Review the proposed changes.

The changes were proposed as part of the CVTEA's regular, cyclical review of all educational standards, required species and equipment, and essential and recommended skills. The CVTEA also is reviewing and seeking comment on parts of two appendixes – Appendix H (species section only) and Appendix I (sections 1, 4, 7 only). No changes to the appendixes are proposed at this time.

Public comment will be accepted through March 1, 2021. To submit comment, complete this survey.
