Are you—or do you know—a graduate student pursuing a career in veterinary pharmacology research?

Applications are open for a fellowship program that offers up to $10,000 to support an outstanding student’s training, travel, or other scholarly activities.

The VPRF/AVMF Veterinary Pharmacology Fellowship is a one-year program for students enrolled in either a master of science or PhD program at a U.S.-based academic institution. All applicants must be members of the American Academy of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

Funded by the Veterinary Pharmacology Research Foundation (VPRF) and administered by the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF), this fellowship program offers a unique opportunity to budding pharmacology researchers. If you know students who may qualify, please share this information with them.

Applications for the fellowship are due August 15, 2025. Find more information and instructions on how to apply on the AVMF website here.
