Many of these tools are available free of charge with your AVMA membership. You’re covered at every career stage – whether you’re looking to expand your technical skills, considering a job change, eyeing a promotion, or improving your professional resume.

Continuing education for all

New techniques, research, and trends are constantly emerging in veterinary medicine. Stay on top of them all with AVMA’s continuing education catalog. AVMA’s world-class learning opportunities are available both online and in person.

  • AVMA Axon makes it easy to stay informed on your own schedule. Our online CE site offers a growing library of convenient, easy-to-use CE courses that help you transform your learning into immediate action. AVMA and Student AVMA (SAVMA) members can attend most courses for free.
  • Our in-person conferences and topical meetings offer unrivaled opportunities for education and networking. AVMA members enjoy significant pricing discounts and scholarship opportunities for the larger meetings, including AVMA Convention and our annual Veterinary Leadership Conference. (Registration for AVMA Convention 2020 in sunny San Diego opens next month, so be sure to save the dates: July 31-August 4!)
