Shaping success in an uncertain economy

Dana Peterson

What should veterinary practice owners and business leaders know about the current economic climate and how to enact strategies for long-term success? How can we be strategic in the face of economic uncertainty?

Dana Peterson’s keynote will shed light on these issues and help answer critical questions on the current and future state of the economy. She’ll speak to current inflation rates and the talk of recession, and what this means for professions like veterinary medicine. She’ll also pay special attention to workforce issues, small business owners, and labor markets.

Building a culture of belonging

Liz Fosslien

The veterinary profession has been on the ground providing critical services throughout the COVID pandemic. Veterinary team members have first-hand experience with burnout and how it can impact practices. Liz Fosslien’s keynote will explore how to minimize burnout and build a culture of belonging. Her interactive session will help attendees establish healthy norms within our workplaces.
