Comment on proposed change to educational standard on finances

The AVMA Council on Education (COE) is seeking public comment on a proposed revision to its accreditation standard addressing financing for veterinary medical colleges. The COE will accept comments through August 19, 2022.

The proposed change to COE Standard 2, Finances, is intended to clarify that all clinical sites are instructional resources.

You can review the specific language changes proposed by the COE in the Center for Veterinary Education Accreditation section of the AVMA website. Instructions for submitting comments are included with the proposed change.
