Applications are open through the end of September for a variety of student scholarships offered through the American Veterinary Medical Foundation.

Nine programs accepting applications are open to veterinary medical students, and one is for veterinary technician students. The scholarships support students with a wide range of interests—from general medicine to shelter medicine and equine sports medicine.
 
Whether you’re a first-year student or in your clinical year, there may be a scholarship for you. Awards range up to $5,000.

Applications are due by September 30, 2025. Additional AVMF scholarships will open for applications later in the fall.
