Any added seats or seats available due to candidate cancellations are placed back in the ECFVG Online system and are available for scheduling on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the ECFVG’s policy. Due to the large number of applicants attempting to book seats, the system may inadvertently allow overbooking. If this happens, you will be contacted by the ECFVG testing coordinator/manager by email about rescheduling. However, this might not happen right away. You will also be contacted if there is any issue with your payment.

The CPE registration system is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the system overbooks available CPE seats, the candidate(s) with a later order number (system-generated) will be contacted by email by the ECFVG testing coordinator/manager with instructions to reschedule the CPE. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any emails from the ECFVG.

We are working diligently to avoid any scheduling issues when CPE dates are released. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we address these issues. To help avoid potential scheduling issues, please follow these tips scheduling a CPE date:

  • Due to the large number of applicants attempting to book seats at the same time, the system may inadvertently allow overbooking. If this happens to you, it takes time for the system to alert you that you will need to reschedule. You will also be contacted by the ECFVG testing coordinator/manager by email if there is any issue with your CPE registration or payment.
  • As always, the CPE registration system is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the system accepts the registration by more candidates than available CPE slots, the candidate(s) with a later order number (system-generated) will be contacted by email by the ECFVG testing coordinator/manager with instructions to reschedule the CPE. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any emails from the ECFVG.
  • Please note that using a mobile device could cause scheduling or payment issues and that Chrome and Edge are the recommended browsers for scheduling.
  • Intentional double booking by a candidate is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action by the ECFVG.

Please be advised that the ECFVG encourages candidates to check their account status on a regular basis by logging on to the ECFVG system. However, excessive logins are discouraged and unnecessary, and may result in the AVMA temporarily disabling the candidate’s account. The AVMA and ECFVG take the security of candidate data very seriously and are fully committed to taking appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the ECFVG system. For data security purposes, candidates are prohibited from using automated login technology. In addition, candidates are strongly urged not to share their password with third parties who will login on their behalf. Excessive logins or using multiple devices are often an indication that someone may be attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system. When the AVMA detects such activity, the affected candidate’s account may be temporarily disabled until the AVMA can determine if the login attempts are fraudulent or legitimate.
