|posted August 1, 2007|
The AVMA has released a new title in its series of brochures on pet selection. "What you should know about selecting a bird" joins other brochures currently available on selecting a dog and selecting a cat. The pet selection series is designed to help potential pet owners choose the right pet for their lifestyle. Initial content for the series was developed by members of the AVMA Committee on the Human-Animal Bond. Additional titles in the pet selection series are expected to follow later this year.
The AVMA educational brochures are available for purchase in packages of 50 or can be downloaded from the AVMA Web site at no charge. Spanish versions of the brochures are also available online, with select titles available in print.
