The Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has canceled its 12th public meeting on veterinary biologics, which was scheduled for March 31-April 2 in Ames, Iowa (see JAVMA, Feb. 15, 2003, page 412). Personnel from the Center for Veterinary Biologics, APHIS Veterinary Services, have been detailed to states affected by the exotic Newcastle disease outbreak, delaying finalization of the meeting agenda.
