Covered person: Licensed Veterinarian, veterinary technician, or veterinary assistant.  Veterinarian when filling due to veterinary misconduct of a colleague
Animal Abuse Reporting is: Mandatory when repeated abuse or neglect is carried out by another veterinarian
Reportable Offenses: Abuse, Neglect
Good Faith Reporting has: Immunity: "immunity from civil liability" (18 Pa. C.S.A. §5556)
