Kerry O'Hara, Ph.D.

As a consumer insights expert, Dr. Kerry O’Hara has over 20 years of applied B2B, B2C, and B2B2C research and data experience, and has worked both on the client and consulting side with such diverse companies as Nationwide (VPI), HP, Disney, Microsoft, HealthCare Partners, The Getty Museum, the County of San Diego, and Neiman Marcus.  Dr. O’Hara has been adjunct faculty at many universities, including UCSD, SDSU, Chapman College, National University, and Alliant International University.  She has a career invested in building brands, building the emotional connections of customers and gatekeepers to these brands, and leading data-driven departments to ensure decisions are made from a fact base.  One key reason for her personal successful is her senior leadership role in driving strategic thought and organizational decision-making and her unyielding desire to build the bridge between brands and their customers.
