Book early—Indy is hosting multiple major events

With the Indy 500, NCAA Finals Four, Olympic Trials and other large conventions in its history, Indianapolis is experienced in hosting multiple major events simultaneously. During AVMA Convention 2017, Indy will be hosting NASCAR’s Brickyard 400 race—and its fans.

In consideration of the number of visitors expected in the city, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations, travel arrangements and other plans early. Sponsors, exhibitors, associated groups and others who may be planning private off-site events or need private dining at downtown restaurants are encouraged to book these spaces as soon as possible.
