Description:In this course, we will review the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and nutritional management of gastrointestinal adverse food reactions. In the nutritional management section, we will discuss nutrients of concern, goals for feeding management, and diet selection for patients with gastrointestinal adverse food reactions.
