Description:This 3-day course will consist of a series of morning lectures coupled with afternoon hands-on practice sessions. Topics will include anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive tract, estrus synchronization, ovulation synchronization, transcervical AI breeding techniques (standard and catheter-based), use of fresh, chilled and frozen semen and management considerations including record keeping systems, facilities requirements and pre/post-breeding management.
