Subscription Terms and Policies
All subscriptions to AVMA publications are for a twelve (12) month period, beginning with the next available issue after receipt of payment.
All prices are subject to change. Foreign subscriptions will be sent via surface mail.
Payment must be made in U.S. Funds drawn from a U.S. bank (check, money order or credit cards will be accepted). UNESCO coupons are not accepted. Wire transfer payments are no longer accepted.
Sample copies will not be provided. Single issues may be purchased at the single-issue rate, based on availability. Standing orders will not be accepted.
All subscribers receive the print version of the journal, and are granted access to the complete online archive of that journal for as long as the subscription is maintained. At this time, there is NO online-only access to publications.
The AVMA will grant, upon request, the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to provide authorized users and walk-in patrons access to the online archives of the AVMA journals via a secure network for the purposes of teaching, research, and study, provided that the institution maintains a current subscription and abides by certain terms and conditions. Claims Policy:
Claims for missing or damaged issues must be reported within 60 days (U.S.) or 90 days (Non-U.S.) for free replacement. Replacement copies will be sent when available, no credit or refund is given if replacement copies are no longer in print. Please contact AVMA to file a claim.
Subscription Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining period of three, six, or nine months. A service fee of 15% will be charged for subscriptions cancelled within the first three months. Refunds of less than $5 will not be made. Please contact AVMA to inquire about the refund policy.
