Pet Carousel Recalls Beef Hoof Products and Pigs Ears Because of Salmonella Risk

All varieties of Pig Ears and Beef Hoof pet treats have been recalled because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. Affected products include those packaged and sold in bulk or under the names Choo Hooves, Doggie Delight, Dentley’s, Pork Tasteez and Pet Carousel. All sizes and all lots of these pork ears purchased on or after 08/16/2009 and all beef hoof products in all varieties purchased on or after 09/16/2009 made by Pet Carousel are included in this alert.
