The annual AVMA Animal Welfare Forum provides an opportunity for open discussion of current animal welfare issues among veterinarians and other stakeholders. With this in mind, the Animal Welfare Committee has changed the topic of its 2003 forum so that a subject of increasing interest and controversy can be addressed: "The Management of Abandoned and Feral Cats."
