The new guide features a new look, enhanced navigation features, drop-down menus to view topics, and a listing of CD-related topics on the back panel of the cover.

The subscription option feature lets small business owners join the Small Business/Self Employed mail list. In addition, the CD has links to "Rate Our Products" and product update information.
