The Executive Board approved recommendations from Dr. Ted Cohn, District IX, requiring all members of AVMA entities, including the insurance trusts, to sign the AVMA Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest statements—which were recently instituted—on an annual basis, to ensure compliance.
