All veterinarians—including veterinary practice owners and associate veterinarians—who meet the requirements for the dues waiver are welcome to apply. Members who receive waivers will retain all the rights and privileges of their full AVMA membership.

Members must apply by March 1 for dues waivers for the 2009 membership year.
