The AVMA recognizes the important role of teachers, counselors, and advisors in guiding the future careers of today's students. With a growing need for trained veterinarians to protect animal and human health, we ask your help in promoting your students' interest in science and technology. The AVMA has created career materials and classroom activities for every grade level to engage students in pursuing careers in animal science, public health, and veterinary medicine.
