Cook instructed delegates to "Please press 1 on your handset to indicate you are present," ushering in a new electronic voting system designed to streamline attendance keeping and voting. What's next? Several delegates at the HOD Informational Session Thursday lobbied for Internet connectivity for delegates while they are in session, electronic agenda books, and podcasts of reference committee discussions that could be downloaded before delegates reconvene the next day.
