Come watch the stars as the National World War II Museum Presents Real to Reel: Hollywood and World War II. This fascinating exhibit emphasizes the relationship between Hollywood film studios and the Office of War Information during World War II. Many stars headed for the front lines, while the war helped launch the careers of several actors at home. Photographs of stars who served in the war and items used or worn by celebrities such as Clark Gable and Jimmy Stewart are on display. You can also view clips from movies, cartoons, and documentaries and learn how film played a part in the war effort. The museum is closed on Mondays. For more information, call (877) 813-3329 or visit www.ddaymuseum.org.
