The AVMA Auxiliary hosted the annual Marketplace of States in Grand Ballroom A&B at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside on Sunday. Lisa Turner, Fayetteville, Ark., and Pamela Tuller, Garden City, Kan., cochaired the event.

The Silent Auction and Friends' Table offered several unique items, including watercolors, quilts, pottery, and Mardi Gras?inspired masks and jewelry.

Texas, Colorado, and Georgia, to name a few, were among several state constituent auxiliaries who also participated. A wide variety of products was featured, such as pralines, peanut brittle, decorative mugs, t-shirts, and animal figurines.

Shoppers enthusiastically perused all the goods available for them to take home. Proceeds will benefit the Auxiliary Student Loan Fund and educational projects.
