Campaign guide
 

Candidates for the offices of president-elect and vice president, and the House Advisory Committee and AVMA councils can be included in the Campaign Guide. The Guide contains brief biographical information and a photograph of each candidate. The Guide is provided to each delegate, alternate delegate, representative of each organization in the House, and the candidate.

To be included in the Guide, a candidate must complete the Campaign Guide form (.rtf), and submit a photograph or digital image at 300 dpi or higher by e-mail to OfficeEVP@avma.org or by mail to the Office of the Executive Vice President, AVMA, 1931 N. Meacham Rd., Suite 100, Schaumburg, IL 60173.

Any questions related to the Guide can be directed to AVMA headquarters at the above e-mail address or by phone to 800-248-2862, ext. 6605. Deadline for receipt of information is April 1.
